Dear Zootown Church Family,

We write to you with mixed emotions to announce that our Lead Pastor, Scott Klaudt, has decided to resign from his position effective August 26, 2024. This decision comes after much prayer and consideration, and while it is with heavy hearts that we share this news, we respect and support Pastor Scott’s decision.

For the past 15 years, Pastor Scott’s leadership and vision has helped to guide Zootown Church through seasons of growth, challenge, and renewal. We are grateful for his dedication, passion, and the positive impact he has made on our church family.

As we navigate this transition, the staff and board members of Zootown Church want to assure you that we are committed to continuing the mission and vision that Pastor Scott has so passionately championed. We are working closely to ensure as smooth of a transition as possible and to seek God’s guidance for the future of our church.

In the coming weeks, we will provide updates on the interim leadership plan and next steps. We encourage everyone to join us in expressing our gratitude to Pastor Scott for his years of service and to support him in his future endeavors.

Let us also come together in prayer, seeking God's wisdom and direction as we move forward. Our commitment to fostering a loving, inclusive, and spiritually enriching community remains steadfast and unwavering.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding during this time of transition.

With sincere gratitude and blessings,
